Manifest uses Two Boxes to process all returns and return to sender packages that come back to our warehouse. If you sell on Shopify, we need you to install the Two Boxes Shopify app.
Why we need it
The app connects your product catalog to Two Boxes. When a package comes back, our team can match what's inside to your products and process it quickly and accurately.
How to install it
Make sure you're logged in to Shopify as the store owner, or as a staff member with permission to install apps.
Open the Two Boxes Shopify App listing.
Click Install. If you manage more than one store, choose the store Manifest fulfills for.
Review the permissions Shopify shows and approve the installation.
That's it. You don't need to create a Two Boxes account or sign in.
What happens next
Let your Manifest contact know once the app is installed. We'll finish setting up your account in Two Boxes so your returns can be processed.
