How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel an order directly in your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us or in Shopify, as long as the order has not yet been picked. Once an order has been picked it cannot be cancelled — contact Manifest's account managers for assistance.

Method 1: Cancel in ShipHero

Log into your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us. Click Orders in the left-hand navigation and search for the order. Click into the order to open its details. Click the More Actions button at the top of the order and select Cancel Order.

Method 2: Cancel in Shopify

Cancel the order directly in your Shopify store. The cancellation will automatically sync to ShipHero.

Verify: Confirm the order status reflects as cancelled before navigating away.
