How to Facilitate Freight Pickup in RetailReady

RetailReady - Select Shipping Method = Freight

1. Click Orders on the left rail

2. Search for/find the order in question and click into it

3. Click the "..." in the upper right corner

4. Select Actions > Enter Transportation Information

5. Select method = Freight

6. Click Save

With Your Freight Forwarder

1. Book freight as you normally to produce the BOL and freight and pickup information

RetailReady - Create Load and Enter Transportation Information

Once you've booked freight, you're ready to create a Load and Enter Transportation Information to associate that freight load with the order(s) in question!

1. Click Loads on the left hand navigation rail 

2. Click + Single Entry

3. Enter in Load Name (Shopify Order ID, Ref ID, or Load ID all work!) and Pickup Date

4. Search for and select the order number(s) associated with this single freight pickup

5. Click Save

6. Re-open the load you just created

7. Click the Orders tab

8. Click Transportation Information

9. Enter all information:

   1. Bill of Lading Number

   2. Carrier Pro Number (If not provided, re-enter BOL #)

   3. Carrier Name (SECO)

   4. Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC)

   5. Carrier Trans Method Code (most often “M” for Motor)

   6. Current Scheduled Delivery Date

10. Click Save

RetailReady - Add BOL

1. Click Orders on the left rail

2. Open each order in question, one by one and:

   1. Add the BOL file to the Attachments section for all orders on this freight pickup
